The Gold Coast mother-of-two took to Instagram Stories on Wednesday to share her three-step workout plan for growing the glutes.

In the process she also offered her 9.3 million followers a generous glimpse of her buttocks in tight activewear as she performed several exercise drills at the gym.

She recently rubbished the claims, telling Cosmopolitan magazine that being accused of getting butt implants is 'frustrating'.
'I don't want people to think they can't achieve a booty with hard work,' she said.
Speaking to New Idea in 2017, Tammy revealed she trains three to five days a week and prefers a combination of HIIT, weights and cardio.
She also emphasised the importance of eating protein-rich food and complex carbohydrates to maintain her flawless physique.
'For me lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, really helps, but I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn't consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too,' she said.
'I needed to eat lots to build that area, so I also ate lots of complex carbohydrates like brown rice, oatmeal, potatoes and healthy fats,' she added.
'I eat every two to three hours!'
Tammy, who is the daughter of Australian film director Mark Hembrow, has two children of her own - daughter Saskia, two, and son Wolf, four - who she shares with her ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins.
