Ohio model Tara Lambert has admitted she intended to murder her husband's ex when she asked an undercover cop posing as a hit man to have her thrown in a wood chipper. 'I own up to the words, and it's horrible,' she said in a bombshell interview withDr Phil on Tuesday.  Lambert, 35, was caught asking an undercover cop to throw Kellie Cooke into a wood chipper in 2015. She pleaded guilty in July to conspiracy to commit aggravated murder and was sentenced to just five years in prison.
